We have a few auto tube line and many sewing machines. We can make round bags, oval bags, DEC bags, shaking bags and so on. We can make over 300 thousands bags annual.
We have some welding lines and one shot blasting line and one sillicon coating
line. We can make about 5000 pleated cages and 15000 normal cages per month

We can make about 5000 pleatech bags per month with 8 rays, 10 rays or 12 rays
1) Reduce air-to-cloth ration, different pressure go down
For the same bag house, pleatech bags can be increased 1.5-2 times filter area than round bags.
2) The speed of airflow go down, easy for dust settling
The filter area is increased, then the outside space of the bags has been increased. For the same velocity, the speed of airflow go down. The dust settling be optimized. The reentrainment of dust reduced more after air pulse.
3) Improve the compressor air pulse
The pleatech bags increase the filter area, but reduce the inside space room of bags. With the same compressor air, the pleatech bags are easy to be cleaned the dust. The irregular surface is easy to be peel of the dust cake.
4) Extend the pulse cycle
Because the air to cloth ratio go down, the initial DP of system go down. The dynamic DP to reach the setting upper limit resistance is longer. The emission will be reduced.
5) Reduce fatigue damage, increase the bag life
The pleatech can’t be expanded by the high pressure compressor air and the bags can’t be striked after pulse. The pulse cycle time is longer. So the bags are not easy damaged. The emission will be go down also.
6) The abrasion is less between bags and cages
For the pleatech bags, the key technical is cages. The cages can guarantee the pleats of the bags and the support rings can’t be touched the bags. So the bags are less damaged and the bags life will be longer.
7) The composite cost reduced
The system resistance go down,the energy consumption of fan go down;
The pulse cycle time is longer, the compressor air is reduced;
The bags life is longer, it can save fabric cost and labour cost.
8) New construction bag house
According the actual calculating and cost comparison, With the same filter area, the total cost for the bag house with pleatech bags can be saved about 10-20% for the bag house with normal round bags. The bag house is bigger, the total cost can be saved more. The floor space is reduced about 30-40%.
Old bag house transform
For some old bag houses must be transformed because of the emission can’t be reached the standard: Don’t need stop production. The transform cost is low. Reduce DP and emission. Save energy.
