Cartridge Filter Working Principle
Cartridge Dust Collector
After ash hopper in the dusty gas into the dust, because the air section sudden enlargement, part of the particles in gas thick dust particles under the action of gravity and inertia settling down, fine granularity and density of small dust particles into the filter chamber, by brown diffusion and sieve filter such as comprehensive effect, make the dust deposition on the surface of the filter material, after purification, the air chamber by the exhaust gas into the net by the fan discharge. The resistance of the cartridge filter increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust is carried out. The pulse controller controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic pulse valve. When the pulse valve opens, the gas inside the package of the compressed air through the pulse valve through the holes on the spray torch injection of a high speed, high pressure ejector flow, thus forming a equivalent of ejector flow induced defects of airflow volume 1 ~ 2 times, into the cartridge together, make a momentary positive pressure inside the filter cartridge and generate ballooning and micro; The dust deposited on the filter material falls off and falls into the dust hopper. The dust in the dust hopper is discharged continuously through the unloader. The pulsed blast cleaning method is the sequential cleaning of the filter cartridge, and the pulse valve opens and closes with one pulse motion, the time required is 0.1-0.2s. The time interval of the pulse valve is 1~ 2min, and the time of the full filter is 10~ 30min. Due to the low pressure pulse clearance of the equipment, the spraying time should be lengthened appropriately according to the resistance of the equipment, and the spraying interval and blowout cycle should be shortened appropriately.
